WORKSITE PT/OT EVALUATION

 

This advanced practice evaluation captures, combines and communicates the following:

  • Restrictions analyzed and based on physician diagnosis and recommendations,

  • Physical Demands Level of injured workers job vs. the target PDL of job,

  • Current functional assessment of injured worker,

  • Job analysis with essential job functions, and

  • Identifies early and safe modified duty tasks.

Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)

 

Our therapists offer the option for either a specialty worksite FCE, or a traditional clinic based FCE.

 

The worksite FCE is performed with the injured worker at his/her work station.

It accurately measures the discrepancies between the workers current functional level, where they need to get and the plan to get there.

The evaluation is centered around the precise requirement of the target job.
